As percussionist of the iconic Kraftwerk (from 1973 to 1986) Wolfgang Flür took part in a series of records that really had a huge impact on music history. It was a turbulent period that is thoroughly documented in his book “I Was A Robot”. His writing became one of the bestselling music books. But there was also a musical life after he left Kraftwerk. E.g Flür worked with some innovative artists such as Mouse on Mars and Bon Harris from Nitzer Ebb. In 2004 Wolfgang started DJ’ing which even resulted in a solo album released on Cherry Red with some brand new material. On Sinner's Day, this pioneer of electronic music will present his Musik Soldat project: an all-encompassing show with projections and a set of his own and some of the Kraftwerk songs.
